Individuals desiring to be a master builder apply to the division using division supplied forms and pay an application fee of $150.

Builders who successfully complete the required training and background checks in accordance with OAR 918-020-0400
to 918-020-0420 will be authorized to sit for the Master Builder Certification examination.
