To schedule an inspection for an elevator installation, alteration or modenization anywhere in the state, please follow these steps:

1. Determine the area in which you need an inspection. Contact the inspector for that area to schedule your inspection. Area chart.
   
   
2. Please allow at least a week's lead time for each inspection.
