Quick Permits at BuildingPermits.Oregon.gov is the Web site that allows
contractors to apply and pay for multiple non plan-review permits from
multiple participating local government’s building departments at
one convenient online location. Quick Permits provides local government
with another tool for providing excellent customer service.
Quick Permits, an e-permitting program that started out in the Portland
tri-county area in 2003, is now efficiently providing over-the-counter
plumbing, mechanical, and electrical permits in over twenty jurisdictions
throughout Oregon.
