Correction of Information on Homes

If the information on a home in the LOIS system is incorrect, a correction can be made and the $55 fee waived by using the “Administrative, No Charge” option on the payment tab.

BCD will monitor fee waivers so this options should only be used when making corrections or there is another valid reason for using it. An entry must be made on the transaction notes explaining why the fee is being waived.
