Emergency Response Plan

During a qualifying disaster or emergency, the Building Codes Division will activate the Emergency Response Plan by contacting eight Key building officials as needed. Each Key building official is located within one of the eight regions shown on this map. Each Key building official will contact those building officials within his/her region and each of those building officials will contact the registered building inspectors within his/her municipality.

ZONE 1-
Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties.

ZONE 2 -
Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties.

ZONE 3 -
Benton, Lane, and Linn Counties.

ZONE 4 -
Clatsop, Columbia, Lincoln, and Tillamook Counties.

ZONE 5 -
Coos, Curry, and Josephine Counties.

ZONE 6 -
Douglas, Jackson, and Klamath Counties.

ZONE 7 -
Crook, Deschutes, Gilliam, Hood River, Jefferson, Lake, Sherman, Wasco, and Wheeler Counties.

ZONE 8 -
Baker, Grant, Harney, Malheur, Morrow, Umatilla, Union, and Wallowa Counties.
